Step 1: Submit Your Personalization Requirements

To ensure the highest precision for your custom letter set, please provide your design in one of the following formats:

• Fonts (Best Choice): Send the original .TTF or .OTF files. This allows for perfect typesetting and ensures every character aligns with your vision.

• Vector Graphics: Submit files in .AI, .SVG, .EPS, or .PDF format. Please ensure all text has been converted to outlines to maintain the integrity of the design.

Step 2: Confirm Details

Our team will review your design in detail and confirm all specifications with you, including size, layout, spacing, and engraving optimization. We will make sure everything is production-ready before starting. Once everything is confirmed, we will proceed with payment confirmation before moving into production.

Step 3: Precision Craftsmanship & Production

Once your design is finalized, your custom set enters our workshop for specialized manufacturing:

• Production Timeline: 7–14 business days (varies based on the complexity of the custom font or character set).
