4. Shipping Fees

5. Customs & Import Duties
Customs policies vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties resulting in failed delivery or return of the package, we cannot issue a refund.

7. Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be modified. Any delay or additional fees caused by an incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
